A NAB Apprenticeship generally lasts between 12 and 30 months, and involves being employed by one of our quality Employers where you would receive training and gain experience. The outcome would be a recognised qualification, experience, earnings and a permanent job with real prospects.

As we emerge from recession, today's young people are a cost effective way to fill skills gaps, plan for succession and drive business forward. The Government recognises this and funds much of the Apprenticeship training we offer. The cost to an Employer can be as little as £95 per week, and through NAB's Apprenticeship delivery model, we deliver technical training, NVQ qualifications and will coach and support the Apprentice, allowing the Employer to focus on the delivery of work related training and experience – resulting in the nurturing of a young person who has a lot to offer.
